This product is a result of 15+ years of intentional leadership and service in multiple community, academic, professional, and faith-based organizations. I designed it to help individuals, particularly servant leaders, determine if they need to leave a group/organization due to misaligned incentives or motivations of leaders they are serving under and/or group members they are serving alongside. Four assessments are included due to the ongoing need to monitor where one is directing their energy and why.
